The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be
taken are listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on
this meeting notice. For more information about public comment, see Policy BDB.

1. Call to Order/Roll Call of Board Members – Chair (Dr. Smith)
2. Public comments/audience participation – TC3 Executive Director (Michael
   Dumdei)
3. Overview and Consent Agenda – TC3 Executive Director (Michael Dumdei)
   Mr. Dumdei will provide an overview of the agenda and goals for today’s meeting
4. Approve NCTC as a TC3 member college
   * Approval of North Central Texas College as a member of the TC3 consortium.
5. Reports
   A. Fiscal Agent Report – TC3 Fiscal Agent (Brad Hoover) via submitted report
   B. Executive Director Report – (Michael Dumdei)
   a. Jenzabar support position update
   b. Summary report of TC3 events and status
6. ZogoTech services as a solution for optimizing consortium members HB8 goals
   * ZogoTech has demonstrated a software solution that will enhance consortium
   members ability to meet HB8 goals. To achieve best ROI, it would be beneficial
   to have TC3 contract a consortium-wide agreement with funds coming from the
   consortium’s biennial allotment.
7. TC3 Software Support position

   * Prior to the Covid epidemic, TC3 held annual in-person meetings to enhance
   collaborative efforts at the end-user level. If such a meeting is to be held in the
   first half of 2024, it is necessary to commit to a time and place now.
9. Possible Closed Session
   Adjournment to executive session pursuant to one or more of the following
   sections of the Texas Government Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551:
   Texas Community College Consortium (TC3)
    Section 551.071 – Consultation with the Board’s attorney to receive legal
   advice.
    Section 551.074 – Discussing or deliberating appointment, employment,
   evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or
   employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

    The next meeting of the TC3 Board will be scheduled.
12. Adjourn

If, during the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, chapter 551, subchapters D and E or Texas Government Code section 418.183(f). Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting.
