   Mr. Dumdei will provide an overview of the agenda and goals for today’s meeting
4. Discussion and possible action on TC3 Executive Director Position (Jason Smith)
5. Closed session under one or more of the following sections: Section 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney Section 551.074 – Personnel Matters
6. Next Board Meeting
   The next meeting of the TC3 Board will be scheduled.
7. Adjourn
