The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below. Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on this meeting notice. For more information about public comment, see Policy BDB.

1. Call to Order/Roll Call of Board Members – Chair (Dr. Smith)
2. Public comments/audience participation – TC3 Executive Director (Michael Dumdei)
3. Overview and Consent Agenda – TC3 Executive Director (Michael Dumdei)
   Mr. Dumdei will provide an overview of the agenda and goals for today’s meeting
4. ZogoTech Question and Answer Session
5. Board discussion on further actions related to obtaining a consortium funded solution for HB8 related objectives.
6. Possible Closed Session
   Adjournment to executive session pursuant to one or more of the following sections of the Texas Government Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551:
   • Section 551.071 – Consultation with the Board’s attorney to receive legal advice.
   • Section 551.074 – Discussing or deliberating appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.
7. Reconvene Open Meeting
8. Possible vote on issuance of RFP for HB8 services.
9. Next Board Meeting
   The next meeting of the TC3 Board will be scheduled.
10. Adjourn

If, during the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, chapter 551, subchapters D and E or Texas Government Code section 418.183(f). Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting.
